Harvey wasn’t just bad weather. It’s an example of the destruction that takes place when corporate profits & unregulated growth take precedence over investment in public infrastructure.

When we allow unbridled growth, don't invest wisely in infrastructure and just suck all the profits out of a region for a small number of corporate and wealthy beneficiaries (who live elsewhere), human beings lose.  And people die.
