We need James Baldwin right about now to sort all this out. (Baldwin is in the center in photo above).  If you haven’t read “The Fire Next Time”, “Another Country” & his book of essays “The Price of the Ticket”, you’re missing out on the powerful wisdom of one of America’s greatest writers of all time. Baldwin does what Cornel West has been imploring us to do: He tells the truth. With CONVICTION. 🙂
